How we celebrate our Valentine

Finally we get to celebrate Valentine this year. I planned a surprise for Roland this time as I got him his ideal Valentine's Day gift: A XBOX 360! Also my dream gift because I can finally get to play the out-dated N3 (Ninety-Nine Nights). I played this demo game in a game shop in Japan during my honeymoon and I was fascinated by the game, the nice graphics and the killings! (A great game to vend my anger).

Roland was very surprised and curious when he saw me carrying a big present on Valentine's eve. It was wrapped in a Best Denki wrapper and he kept wonder what was in it.
  • See his happy face (he was already guessing it may be an XBOX). See the tiny arm on the left, this Aeon was also so curious and he was standing and staring intently at PaPa opening the present.

  • Roland is unwrapping his curiosity slowly with care. Aeon is puzzled what is going on.

  • Wow it is really an XBOX 360 and it is a limited Halo3 edition, yeah I can play with Old Man liao, I want to call him right away. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah!
  • Now we need to rush to AMK hub to buy the HDMI cable!
  • Aeon was amazed by the bus trip, so many things to see (except posing for me). PaPa still looked so happy.
  • Back home and finally checking out the console. Yeah, so happy!
  • 14 Feb 2008 afternoon, waiting at the bus-stop going to PoPo's house. Aeon is spending his first Valentine with GongGong and PoPo while both of us spending some personal quality time together. Is Aeon trying to show the 'V for Victory' sign?
  • My turn to take a Valentine photo with Aeon.
  • Our family Valentine photo
  • On the bus - again Aeon was fascinated with his surroundings.
  • Our Brunch at Phin's Steakhouse at Liang Seah Street, the coleslaw was already sour. The cashier gave us a cold reply when we tried to feedback to her that coleslaw tasted sour, she replied "Sour ah?" and ignored us. I don't think I will go back there hehehe... I like their Valentine deco.
  • Proceeded to Cineleisure for a movie "Sweeney Todd" & KTV session at KBOX. We took the Valentine's Day promotion package which came with 2 cocktails. I am a out-dated mummy and I was fascinated with all the colourful test-tubes so I requested for the KBOX staff's approval to take a photo of him. He is a really courteous, patient, passionate guy waiting for us to choose our cocktail concoctions.
Red one - cranberry, sprite, cherry brandy, Blue one- orange juice plus some other mixes that we couldn't recall

  • Ktv-ing....
  • Ending with a dinner at NYDC . See Roland's mouth.
